The pirates are returning to the Lowcountry this summer at the Dorchester Heritage Center!
Starting June 2, the Dorchester Heritage Center is inviting families to set sail on a summer full of adventure, history, and hands-on fun, during the museum’s annual Pirate Summer sponsored by Services Consulting LLC.
The exhibit and activities will run through August 7 at the Dorchester Heritage Center in St. George.
Guests of all ages can explore an all-new pirate-themed display while learning about pirates and their influence on the Lowcountry. Visitors can also partake in an interactive scavenger hunt throughout the museum, created to make history exciting and entertaining for kids and families.
This year’s Pirate Summer will also feature a pirate-themed escape room experience open for an additional fee, photo opportunities with pirates, hands-on activities and educational experiences throughout the museum.
